The latest visible ring on the bass side dates from 1723 and the latest on the treble 1718.
It is unclear whether the 2 halves are from the same tree. They are vaguely similar, but the small difference led me to believe that are probably from different trees. Again, results are just about all with decent Italian instruments.
For the bass side, the most significant crossmatch are with:
1734 Stradivari, 1718 Stradivari, c.1744 Del Gesu, GB Guadagnini cello, 1732 Del Gesu, Matteo Goffriller cello, 1715 Stradivari, Danctus Serafin, Pietro Guarneri of Venice, 1727/30 Del Gesu, 1740 Michael Platner, 1706 Alessandro Gagliano, c.1740 GB Guadagnini, 1735 Carlo Bergonzi, 1734 Del Gesu, 1723 Stradivari, 1715 Stradivari, 1731 Antonio Zanotti, etc.... all the above with t-values between 7.7 and 9.8, so very respectable.
For the treble side, equally strong results with:
1733 Carlo Bergonzi, 1733 Stradivari, 1734 Stradivari, 1733 Bergonzi, another Carlo Bergonzi, and another, 1733 Stradivari, another Bergonzi c.1745/47, another from c1732, 1744 MA Bergonzi, 1733 Stradivari, etc....
